Hence, we could base our next actions on this war against covid-19 based on history. 2. DOES HISTORY REALLY REPEATS ITSELF? WHY? History repeats itself in a sense that similar but not exactly the same situations in the past somehow happens again in the present. This could happen upon series of generations where history tends to be forgotten.
