Please go to https://www.netflix.com/clearcookies to login,

do not login at Netflix.com

 

 

If you are using an Android Device

If you are using an ANDROID device, make sure to clear cache/ clear data to your NETFLIX app.

Make sure to clear cache, if you don't know how, simply delete the Netflix App, and reinstall it again.

 

 

 

If you are using iOS (iPHONE, iPad)

Please reset your NETFLIX app by going to the setting of your Netflix.
