They temporarily shut down their edu mail service it will only be available from 9th September now.

So then that edu mail doesn't support 200$ only 100$ student account

Some edu mails have 200$ support for azure trial accounts and all edu mails have support for 100$ azure student trial. This looks like one big scam. Also the link you shared has your referral code. You probably get some points/money for doing this and it's probably the only way to make money on this site. Please don't scam people it's not a nice thing to do.
