After you logged in to your BenLotus account, you must refresh the pages so the public chat will show up. Because BenLotus Member Chat notification sound currently has a bug, (even it's turned off the sound still goes). You can turn off this sound for now by closing the app in the "recent app" - This problem is on the site itself, and it's not with the app. On the next site update we will fix this sound bug.
