1. IN THIS TIME OF PANDEMIC, WHAT IS THE ROLE OF HISTORY?

2. DOES HISTORY REALLY REPEATS ITSELF? WHY?

Edited by brightvc

History repeats itself until we learn the lessons that we need to change our path.

1. IN THIS TIME OF PANDEMIC, WHAT IS THE ROLE OF HISTORY?

History provides the necessary information we need in order to face the pandemic. It provides us the decisions and actions that were done in the past to fight and overcome the previous pandemics, and the consequences those actions resulted to. Hence, we could base our next actions on this war against covid-19 based on history.

2. DOES HISTORY REALLY REPEATS ITSELF? WHY?

History repeats itself in a sense that similar but not exactly the same situations in the past somehow happens again in the present. This could happen upon series of generations where history tends to be forgotten. The sudden realization of encountering in the present time the same thing that happened in the past then causes the notion of history repeating itself.

1. IN THIS TIME OF PANDEMIC, WHAT IS THE ROLE OF HISTORY?

History is there to remind us the mistakes of the past and hopefully avoid making the same mistakes.

2. DOES HISTORY REALLY REPEATS ITSELF? WHY?

History does repeat itself if we chose to ignore history class and go cutting classes instead. ??
