Thank you so much sa info Anw, i'm thinkin about signing up sa upwork also, iniisip ko lang kung mabilis and madali ba kong makakahanap ng employer dun. I heard medyo mahirap daw kasi. Ask ko na din kung pano ka nag-start, i mean how did you get your first contract there and hm yung rate pag first-timer. And yung time range na din ng work mo dun. Sensya na medyo madami. Hehe. Odesk pa ang name nya noon before naging Upwork and I was referred by a college friend directly sa company kaya hindi ako dumaan sa rigorous hiring process. $4/hr ang base pay noon for QA analyst, yung mga VA yata ganun din ang rate, minsan higher, lalo na yung sa coding, ganun. Depende talaga sa skillset mo. Sa time, kadalasan night shift/graveyard pero may mga contracts na flexible working hours and also depende sa location ng employer mo.
