Through that they can determine whether kasama talaga sa nabili yung water or hindi and need magcompensate ni rancher dahil in the first place yung reservoir lang naman ang naging usapan. Bale if same weight pa rin naman kahit may water na is hindi need magcompensate ni rancher but if nag iba ang weight the rancher should properly compensate the adjacent dweller.
