Kung gusto mo ng 5 Months Access sa Lifetimestream, sumali ka sa experiment na ito. Ito ay madali lang gawin, pero isang lingo bago matapos ang experiment na ito.

Gusto mo sumali?

Ito lang ang gagawin mo:

1. Bago ka matulog sa gabi, ilagay mo sa imahinasyon mo na umaakyat ka sa hagdanan, tapos bumababa ka ulit, at aakyat ka ulit, at bumababa ka ulit. Ito ay gagawin mo sa imahinasyon mo na paulit ulit hangang ikaw ay nakatulog. Gawin mo ito sa usang 3 na gabi, kung gusto mo gawin for 7 days, ayus lang.

Dapat hindi mo nakikita ang sarili mo sa iyong imahinasyon. First Person Point of View. Syempre makikita mo pa rin ang kamay mo at paa mo.

Subukang mong iparamdam sa sarili mo na tunay kang umaakyat at bumababa sa hagdanan.

2. Pag gising mo sa umaga, kumuha ka nang papel at isulat mo "Hindi ako aakyat sa hagdanan" - Ilagay mo yung papel na ito kung saan mo madalas makita. Dapat makikita mo itong papel na ito more than 10 times a day. Pwede mo rin ilagay sa wallpaper mo sa phone or sa PC. Pwede mo din ilagay sa reminder sa phone mo, basta makikita mo ang sulat na ito at least 10 times a day. Ito ay isang beses mo lang gagawin for the whole week dahil di mo kailangan mag sulat ulit.

3. Bilangan mo kung ilan ang nakikita mong hagdanan bawat araw at tandaan mo. Isulat mo nalang sa notes para di mo makalimutan. (For example, saturday: 2, sunday: 1, monday: 5, etc...)

Kahit nakikita mo sa TV, sa newspaper, in real life, kahit saan, basta pag may nakita kayong hagdanan, bilangin nyo. Mag take kayo ng photo as proof kung meron kayong smart phone. Bawal mag hanap ng hagdanan.

4. Kung nakaakyat ka hagdanan sa real life dahil kailangan mo, tapos na ang experiment na ito, report back immediately.
