Okay first

1. If You are using chrome Os with Play Store

     you can use Any  Android App for it

 

2. If you don't have Play Store

    2.1 Via File Manger

     

    2.2  Via Chrome Extension

    Lock It Up: Password Protect Files

 

    2.3  Every one Knows This One

    Just Change file extension and name so it will not looks suspicious
