Have you tried making a new one? With android phones, you can make gmail accounts but there's a limit of account creations per day.

go to this link and try to connect to one of the Beta VPNs, they usually have fresh IPs

once you're connected to a VPN server, go to https://iphub.info

if you see  "Type    Good IP (residential or business)" in the result, you can usually create a new gmail account with optional phone & email verification

you should create one with alternate email verification and you can skip the optional phone verification

 

if you still can't create one, i have a few gmails but i also use them.

if you can use it only temporarily, i can lend you one but you'll have to give it back when you're done
