2- Clean history and cookies of your browser.

 

3- Create a PayPal account and verify it with any SMS-Verification Service.

    (You can set the PayPal in your own country)

 

4- You will need the name and the address used for the PayPal account later, so remember it.

 

5- Go to Facebook and search "Lost Citizen Cards", there are a lot of groups dedicated to help people that lost their Card, which you need to grab 1 or 2 pics from it. Since you will need Citizen Card or documents to verify, you can use that

 

6- Also, you should definitely buy a VCC to verify your account. Look for a shop for it
