Goto stark library .org and apply for card and submit fake information you get your card in 2 minutes

But only some libraries have tie up with udemy, stark library doesn't have tie up, thanks for replying though...if you go to gale.udemy.com and check the libraries you can see the libraries that have tie up with them. Before this trick worked with temporary library card but now they patched it and demand permanent library card number. That's why I asked.
