Effective immediately, you will be required to use your email address in combination with your password to log in. Please note, logging in with a username and password will no longer be supported.

 

This update is crucial as it addresses a key security concern: usernames are public and can be easily seen by anyone, thus increasing the vulnerability of accounts to unauthorized access attempts. By transitioning to the use of email addresses, which are kept private, we significantly bolster the security of your account and minimize the risk of unauthorized entries.

 

Furthermore, we understand that our members value flexibility in how they are represented on our platform. As such, you are still allowed to change your username as needed. It is important to note that changing your username will not affect your login credentials, as these will solely depend on your email address.
