This is for PC/laptop and Smart TV's users whose Netflix account can't be used in their location.

1. You need to create a SmartDNS account (credits to @yesyesyo)

    Create here: https://forums.benlotus.com/topic/4291-updated-keepsolid-smartdns-4-months-free-unblock-geo-restricted-sites/

2. After creating an account, you need to register your ip address to link your ip to the DNS server.

   (check video for actual demo)

    i. Click Manage

   

ii. Click Detect IP and  Update IP (click update once your IP is detected)

 

3. Now go to your device settings>wifi/network

PC/laptop users:

i. Open control panel and click Network and Internet then View status and task

ii. Click the network where you connected and click properties

 

iii. Open/click Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click "Use the following DNS server address".

    Input this Server : 69.162.67.202 and click ok (click ok and close)

 

For Smart TV's 

i. Open settings then Network

ii. Network Status

iii. Ip settings

iv. Configure your DNS server and input it manually and click ok

   (input this DNS 69.162.67.202)

 v. Restart your smart tv.

 

4. Open netfilx app and enjoy watching

   (to make sure that it will work, clearcache/data netflix app)

 

Note: Settings on smart tv' may vary from model and brand but configuring the DNS server is the same.

          Its all in the network settings, you just need to find it in your device and input the  DNS server manually.

          The idea is that you need to configurate your DNS server to mask/change your actual IP address.
