FYI.  Shared folders from onedrive my.lonestar.edu folders can only be shared within my.lonestar.edu accounts. it cannot be shared publicly anymore..

Same goes with Google Shared drives; It cannot be shared publicly via shared link anymore.

apps.losrios.edu - can only be shared within  apps.losrios.edu domain accounts.

CCSFmail - can only be shared within CCSFmail domain accounts. (as per screenshot below, EDIT button is greyed out - so that option is not available).

can anyone help? if not, the only solution is to move all shared media into Mega. i will have to move or copy all the shared files into Mega drive and update the links of my shared topics one by one later on.
